It is designed to motivate towards intensive self workouts both physically and mentally. It works on a deeper level to prevent especially the struggle between weight gain and weight loss.

This weight management program includes:
- 12 hours program with 8 sessions of 90 minutes each to give your body the shape you always wanted to be in.
- Systematic Weekly sessions over a span of 2-3 months.
- Techniques to overcome resistance and procrastination.
- Understanding your relationship with food and cravings.
- Beliefs, experiences, body dynamics and its impact on weight.
- Self-empowering tools to reprogram weight blue print.
- Daily and weekly reports to keep the tempo and motivation going.
- Personalised audio recordings every 2-3 weeks during the span of therapy of up to 3 months after the last session.
- 30 minutes Follow up session within 3 months from last session.
- The modalities may include Hypnotherapy, Trauma Therapy, Transpersonal Regression Therapy, Reiki Healing, Reconnective Healing or any other techniques based on the results of the assessment.
This is a standard guideline. However, the package may be modified based on the agreements between the client and facilitator in the initial consultation.
