Depression is a state of mind that is triggered due to stress, traumatic events, specific factors and personality types, specific diseases and major illnesses, medications, hormonal imbalances, and chronic patterns of negative thinking.
It can occur with different intensities from time to time and person to person. However, it is a state of mind that can be overcome with empowerment and relief from negative thoughts and emotions.
Often times one may find himself/herself oscillating between anxiety and sadness which makes it even more difficult to function on a daily basis. However, professional help at this stage can help to overcome extreme moods and bring balance and wellbeing to the mind.
This program includes:
- Free initial consultation of 30 mins.
- 5-10 private sessions of 60 mins each.
- Modalities include Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
- Self-empowerment techniques for own practice.
- Relief from past painful emotions and development of new insights.
- Generating resillience for future events and function with healthy coping mechanisms.
- Audio recordings and other tools for post therapy support.
- Follow up session of 30 minutes within 3 months from the last obtained session.
This is a standard guideline. However, the package may be modified based on the agreements between the client and facilitator in the initial consultation.
