Pain is generally due to injury. A side effect of painful stimuli is an increase in muscle tension. Muscle tension then leads to stress and anxiety. The body is primed to go into fight/flight from anxiety or stress.
Hypnosis is shown to help manage such physical pain effectively without the requirement for anaesthesia and medication. Unlike a medical approach hypnosis may help to elicit the deeper aspects of pain and bring about complete relief.

This pain management program includes:
- Free initial consultation of 30 mins.
- 1-5 private sessions of 60 mins each. (depending upon the intensity of the case)
- Modalities include Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
- Self-empowerment techniques for own practice.
- Relief from intense pain and discomfort.
- Understanding of the cause of pain and developing healthy strategies to deal with disturbance.
- Audio recordings and other tools for post therapy support.
- Follow up session of 30 minutes within 3 months from the last obtained session.
This is a standard guideline. However, the package may be modified based on the agreements between the client and facilitator in the initial consultation.
