This stress management program includes:
- Free consultation and Assessment of stress levels.
- 2 sessions of private meditation training for 45 minutes each.
- Theory of the mind and the breathing techniques and exercises.
- Practical exercises and training of techniques that can be self-practised on a daily basis.
- 4 private therapy sessions of a modality that suits best.
- Identifying and understanding the core reasons for stress.
- Working on the thoughts, emotions, energetic and physical manifestations of stressful experiences of the present and past.
- Devising maintenance strategies and techniques to ensure personal and professional life balance in the future.
- Energetic and magnetic healing sessions to release unconscious belief systems and blockages.
- The modalities may include Hypnotherapy, Trauma Therapy, Transpersonal Regression Therapy, Reiki Healing, Reconnective Healing or any other techniques based on the results of the assessment.
- Post therapy support with self-practice techniques and audio tapes.
- Follow up session of 30 minutes within 3 months from the last attended session.
